Educational Coaching: Building life skills through English,

creative play, using PBL and CLIC methodology

PRACTICALITIES

ON-LINE PROGRAM

(UNDER ORGANIZATION!)

The EduCoaching&Mentoring_Club Kidz Program is a ‘substitute’ for those  families who either cannot afford or do not have a nearby British or American private school. The club programs are based on teaching approaches and material that is offered in these schools around the world. Please read more on the various methodologies and approaches we offer during our club sessions at the various tabs.

I am an educator by profession. I have taught all age groups around the world including the UK, Malta, Bulgaria, Hungary and the USA. I also train teachers of the European Union through various Erasmus Plus Programs. Therefore, I am keenly aware of the best educational and teaching practices that produce the most results.

Depending on language skills and maturity there are two ‘age’ groups: 8-10 and 10-12 year olds.

There are two types of Projects that are adapted to different age groups and abilities: Sciences or  literary arts. Both are combined with social studies and the English language.

For younger students and lower-ability students can attend 45- or 60-min club sessions, whereas older and higher-ability students can attend 90-min club sessions. It is highly recommended that students attend two club sessions (one science and one literacy/art) per week. One during the week and one at the weekend.

Please note that these club sessions are playful and fun. Children will NOT experience it as a ‘boring school class’, rather they will enjoy the playful learning environment that does not appear as ‘schooling’ at all!

Each club program is for six consecutive weeks during which children acquire both knowledge of different subjects and essential skills (4Cs). After each program children are ‘tested’ on their improvement.

During the school year, all the programs are run on-line via MS TEAMS using various other online platforms to make the learning process enjoyable and fun.

Club sessions are offered in the afternoons and over the weekends (from Wednesday till Saturday). There are two science and two literary arts club sessions and one ‘integration/review’ club session available for each ‘age-groups’ weekly.
