The club programs that I offer your children are based on my personal knowledge and experience as a teacher and teacher trainer. The research material below covers WHY I created these programs and WHY they entail all the different methodologies, approaches, and materials that you can find detailed over numerous tabs on this website. According to my research, across much of Europe, parents tend to value a balanced mix of academic knowledge, practical skills, and personal development for children aged 7–13. Surveys from groups like OECD and European Commission consistently show several priorities parents associate with long-term success in life.

 

Below I collected the  most commonly emphasized areas for you to see, how the programs we offer cover most of parents’ priorities.

1. Strong Literacy and Numeracy
Parents overwhelmingly want children to master the basics early, which are:

• Reading comprehension
• Writing clearly
• Mathematics and logical thinking

These are seen as the foundation for everything else—future education, careers, and informed decision-making.

Our programs pay close attention to  and ensure that our students are engaged in different types of reading comprehension exercises. Logical thinking is one of the 4Cs that are the foundation of our programs and the other skills mentioned above are developed naturally throughout the program. 

 

 

2. Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving
European parents increasingly value:

• Asking questions
• Evaluating information
• Solving complex problems

With misinformation and rapid change, many parents believe children must learn how to think, not just what to memorize.

 

Our programs pay close attention to  and ensure that our students are engaged in tasks and exercises that support them to develop the above skills. PBL (project based learning) requires a great amount of research and creating project that requires students to learn how to ask the right questions, evaluate the collected information, and solve complex problems using the information gained.

 

 

3. Digital and Technology Skills
Parents want children to learn:

• Basic coding or computational thinking
• Safe and responsible internet use
• Digital literacy (evaluating online information)

Many education reforms across Europe emphasize preparing kids for a technology-driven economy.

 

Our programs pay close attention to  and ensure that our students are engaged in tasks and exercises that support them to develop the above skills. PBL (project based learning) required students to learn and widely use information technology and the internet. We pay particular attention to teach our students the safe use of the internet and develop their digital literacy while engaged in various fun projects.

 

 

4. Social & Emotional Skills
This area has gained strong attention in the past decade. Parents often prioritize:

• Empathy and kindness
• Cooperation and teamwork
• Emotional regulation
• Conflict resolution

These are seen as essential for relationships, leadership, and workplace success.

 

Our programs pay close attention to  and ensure that our students are engaged in tasks and exercises that support them to develop the above skills. We pay particular attention to developing social emotional skills because we find that this is the area where most schools lack the expertise and therefore unable to support the students. Our programs are created by experts of various fields such as psychology, sociology, coaching, education, and more. 

 

5. Creativity & Curiosity
Parents often want schools to nurture:

• Creativity
• Imagination
• Curiosity about the world

Subjects like art, music, design, and project-based learning help children develop original thinking.

 

Our programs pay close attention to  and ensure that our students are engaged in tasks and exercises that support them to develop the above skills. Developing creativity and ensuring that children stay curious thought their lives is an essential part of our program. Using the principles from Sir Ken Robinson’s books such as The Element, we ensure that children are exposed the various opportunities to engage their creativity thought the program. 

 

 

6. Independence & Responsibility
Many European parents want children to learn:

• Self-management
• Time management
• Responsibility for their work
• Confidence in decision-making

These traits are associated with resilience and adaptability later in life.

 

Our programs pay close attention to  and ensure that our students are engaged in tasks and exercises that support them to develop the above skills. Once again, a very important set of skills that are often left out from main stream education because of lack of expertise or time (often a result of big number of students in the classrooms). Our experts ensure that our students engage in activities that will teach them how to manage themselves and their better.  these skills are connected with numerous other 4Cs skills, eg. Communication skills. As a result they will be able to take more responsibility for their work and will more confident in being part of the decision making process.

 

 

7. Cultural Awareness & Values
Because Europe is diverse, parents often want children to learn:

• Respect for different cultures
• Ethical thinking
• Civic responsibility

Educational programs should promote democratic values and intercultural understanding.

 

Our programs pay close attention to  and ensure that our students are engaged in tasks and exercises that support them to develop the above skills. We organise the topics and themes we cover with our students in a way that they deepen their understanding of living in a multi-cultural environment. Additionally, we engage them in activities that help them understand what civic responsibility is and how to act ethically in a sometime difficult and challenging world. 

 

 

In summary: all educational programs should combine and teach the following skills

Note: In high-performing education systems such as Finland and Estonia, parents increasingly prioritize life skills and well-being alongside academics, believing this combination leads to the best long-term outcomes.
